As gamers wait for the announcement of the next Nintendo console, Nintendo continues to be number 1 in Japanese game console sales, this time for the week of September 23-29, 2024.
During the week, Nintendo sold a combined amount of 74,351 Switch units, while Sony had a difficult time with its PS5 models with 10,799 units sold. This shows Nintendo sold 6.8 times more consoles units than Sony. Meanwhile, Microsoft barely sold 557 units for the mentioned week.
