The PlayStation 5 continues with its first-place lead in Japan game console sales for the week of February 27-March 5, 2023.
For the mentioned week, Sony achieved 78,412 units sold, which is less than the 90K units from the previous week of February 20-26, 2023. This means that Sony sold 50.55381481% of all 155,106 gaming consoles. Meanwhile, Nintendo continued in second place with a total of 66,525 units for all its three Switch models, representing a 42.890023596766% in game console sales. However, Microsoft continued in third place with a total of just 848 Xbox Series units sold, which is 0.5467228862842% of all consoles sold. The PS4 achieved more units sold than Xbox Series X|S once again with 1,655 units sold.
