The PlayStation 5 continues its lead in Japan game console sales for the week of February 6-12, 2023. Sony has taken the lead in weekly console sales since last January.
Overall, the PlayStation 5 family of consoles sold 93,574 units (60.86509691% of all 153,740 console units sold) versus 55,025 Nintendo Switch units combined (35.7909457526% of all units sold) for the mentioned week. In third place, the Xbox Series X|S sold 3,935 units (2.559516% of all consoles sold during the mentioned week. For Microsoft, it’s less than in the previously reported week when it achieved 14,644 units.
