In a conversation with Games Radar, CD Projekt Red confirmed the upcoming DLC content Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty will be a paid expansion.
Radek Grabowski, global PR director at CDPR, told Games Radar the company had not decided on a price for the paid DLC yet. “As for the expansion’s pricing – we have not revealed exact details yet, but it will be a paid one.”
Though no price was mentioned, Grabowski said “our expansions are traditionally cheaper than full-price games.”
The upcoming DLC is a far more substantial update. It will come with new missions and story content. It’s scheduled for release in 2023 for Xbox Series X|S, PS5 and PC.
In Phantom Liberty, players will see the return of V and Johnny Silverhand as well as the introduction of new characters Rosalind Myers and Ash.
