After having selected correctly the champion of each of the three previous tourneys, EA Sports predicts Argentina will win the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
As in previous occasions, EA Sports predicted the outcome by simulating all 64 matches.
According to the post, Argentina will beat Brazil by the minimum difference. The last time Argentina won a FIFA World Cup was in 1986.
Also, EA Sports predicts Lionel Messi will score the only goal of the game, becoming the winner of the Golden Boot award (for the player with the most goals). Messi will also be selected as the best player of the tournament, receiving the Golden Goal award.
As for the Golden Glove, EA Sports says Emiliano Martinez (from Argentina) will win “by virtue of progressing the furthest in the tournament” in a four-way tie.
This announcement comes just 12 days before the start of the world’s most popular single sporting event.
