Famitsu recently reported the Japan game console sales for the week of September 5-11, 2022.
Nintendo sold a total of 182,876 Switch units total during the aforementioned week, almost twice as many when compared to the number of units sold during the week of August 29–September 4, 2022. With 2,864 PS5 units and 11 PS4 units sold, Sony remained in second place. Microsoft, meanwhile, maintains third position with 459 Xbox Series consoles sold.
Nintendo Switch consoles made up 98.1705% of the total number of consoles sold throughout the week, followed by 1.5374% of PS5 consoles and 0.2464% of Xbox Series consoles.
