According to Famitsu, the Nintendo Switch OLED model is still leading the Japan game console sales for the week of May 23-29, 2022.
As in previous weeks, Nintendo keeps the overall weekly sales this time with 60,877 Switch units and 164 Nintendo 2DS units. Meanwhile, Sony maintains second place with 14,830 PS5 units and 16 PS4 units. It’s a low week in terms of weekly sales for Microsoft with 2,541 Xbox Series consoles sold, though its Xbox Series S console (with 1,654 units) continues to sell more units than the PlayStation 5 Digital Edition (1,335).
The order of console units sold remained the same when compared to the data from the previous week of May 16-22, 2022.
