Kirby and The Forgotten Land led the Japan game sale charts for the week of March 21 – 27, 2022, with 380,600 copies sold.
The recently-released Nintendo title easily led the charts by a large margin even against four other new titles.
The action-adventure game Ghostwire: Tokyo developed by Tango Gameworks landed in 6th place with 10,144 PS5 copies sold.
Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands, published by 2K Games, made its debut on PS4 in 14th place with 5,427 copies sold and on PS5 in 26th place with 2,835 copies sold.
The sci-fi simulation RPG title Relayer, developed by Kadokawa Games, sold 4,608 PS4 copies and 2,684 PS5 copies.
For fans of shoot ’em up games, Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Burst Forth!! Choro-gon Breath made the Top 30 list with 3,464 Switch copies sold.
