The action RPG game Lost Ark has reached an all-time peak of 984,111 concurrent players during the first hours of its launch today.
This is already great news for developers Smilegate RPG and Tripod Studio and publisher Amazon Games to bring the award-winning South Korean title to North America, Latin Ameria and Europe. It is still in beta in Russia and Japan.
With the recent statistics on Day 1 in the three mentioned regions, Lost Ark has become one of the most-played titles.
The current all-time peak for Lost Ark places the game in 5th place, just behind Cyberpunk 2077 (in 4th with 1,054,388), DOTA 2 (in 3rd with 1,295,114), Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (in 2nd with 1,308,963) and PUBG: Battlegrounds (in 1st with 3,257,248).
At the time of this writing, there are currently 857,759 players experiencing the game, according to SteamDB.
Today’s debut comes after the game experienced some issues delaying the launch.
We aim to be flexible and make frequent changes to address the issues concerning server availability.
