Pokémon Legends: Arceus trailer introduces Noble Pokémon Kleavor

The newest Pokémon Legends: Arceus trailer introduced Kleavor, the first Noble Pokémon in the series and the evolution of Scyther.

According to the game’s website, Kleavor, a bug/rock pocket monster, is classified as an Axe Pokémon. Its height is 5’11” and its weight is 196.2 lbs.

The character’s profile states special minerals discovered in the Hisui region cause Scyther to evolve into Kleavor.

“Parts of its body have hardened into stone. The stone parts often get chipped during fierce battles, and Kleavor that have survived many battles will display larger chipping across their bodies,” says the profile. “However, the chipping actually makes these stone parts sharper, increasing their slicing power. It is said that the people of Hisui once used pieces of stone that had fallen from Kleavor.”

Kleavor can deliver powerful attacks against all its opponents with its axe-like arms. It also uses “its arms to carve symbols into tree trunks and even chop trees down to mark its territory.”

The trailer also introduces Wardens, Pokémon trainers who assist Noble Pokémon with their daily tasks.

Also in the trailer there is a closer look of Jubilife Village. While there, trainers can change buy clothing and have pictures taken next to their favorite Pokémon. Players also will be able to purchase supplies.
