Frogger reality competition show comes to Peacock

The classic 1981 Konami arcade game Frogger returns as a reality competition TV show this time via NBC’s Peacock streaming service.

The show, hosted by Damon Wayans Jr. and Kyle Brandt, brings flashbacks of American Ninja Warrior and Floor is Lava.

As expected, players have to face various obstacle courses. Of course, instead of playing with the arcade game, participants have to face virtually the same challenges in real life.

The TV version of Frogger was created by Chris Culvenor at Eureka Productions. Also, Konami Cross Media NY is a partner for the show.

Frogger will make its debut on Peacock on September 9.
