King of Dinosaurs is back in The King of Fighters XV

The King of Dinosaurs makes his way back into the ring in The King of Fighters XV, SNK announced.

Though the Mexican wrestler’s real name remains unknown, he goes by the ring names Tizoc, Griffon Mask, or simply The Griffon.

He made his first appearance in the Fatal Fury game Garou: Mark of the Wolves. In that game, Tizoc was a well-renowed and popular pro wrestler who was defeated suddenly by a mysterious fighter. After that loss, he spent two years looking for the one who beat him.

He later decides to enter The King of Fighters tournament (in KOF 2003) to get back into his passion and somehow find the mysterious fighter. He accepted the invitation he received from Terry Bogard.

The character was seen again in KOF XI and XIV. While in KOF XIV, he appeared under his new King of Dinosaurs name to hide his previous Tizoc heel persona.
