Veteran fighters Ryo Sakazaki and Robert Garcia are joining King as members of Team Art of Fighting in The King of Fighters XV.
It’s the first time in 21 years this trio of combatants are in the same team again.
Because KOF XV is a three-on-three fighting game, the presence of fighter Takuma Sakazaki is missing. These four fighters were in the same team in The King of Fighters 2000.
Ryo returns with his ki attack using his arms for very fast punches. He also makes use of his Kouken and Haoh Kouken energy projectile attacks. He is an expert in Kyokugenryu Karate.
Robert features the same powers as Ryo except for the Kouken blast. Instead, he uses Ryugekiken.
Ryo (aka The Invincible Dragon) will be voiced for a second time by Daiki Takakura. Robert (aka The Raging Tiger) will be voiced by Go Shinomiya once again.

As a child, Ryo spent his time training his body, and eventually became so powerful that he was nicknamed The Invincible Dragon. Naturally, he is extremely strong-willed, and will spare no effort getting things done. Even to this day, he continues to train himself to his maximum potential.”
“Robert is the assistant instructor at Ryo’s dojo. Legitimate heir of the Garcia Foundation in Italy, Robert joined the Kyokugenryu dojo against the wishes of his father and quickly became Ryo’s best friend and training partner. Robert excels at kick attacks with his long legs. Robert also has not-so-secret feelings for Ryo’s sister, Yuri.”
