Mai Shiranui is back in The King of Fighters XV

Though many fans missed her presence in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, Mai Shiranui 不知火 舞 is back in The King of Fighters XV.

As the granddaughter of Hanzo Shiranui, she became a master and learned the secrets of Shiranui-ryuu style of Ninjitsu. Mai is also in love with Andy.

In the trailer, she shows off her skills against Terry Bogard (who was announced last month) and others. She makes use of her aerial and hand-to-hand combat attacks as well as fire-based attacks.

She is voiced again by Ami Koshimizu.

Mai Shiranui is perhaps the most popular female character in KOF.

SNK has not announced yet a specific release date for KOF XV.
