Super Bomberman R Online is coming to PC and consoles

Konami announced today the upcoming release of Super Bomberman R Online to PC, Nintendo Switch, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S later this year.

The title was first released on Google Stadia on September 1st, 2020.

Via its press release, Konami stated the battle royale title featuring Bomberman (ボンバーマン) will come with cross-platform play support to all mentioned consoles and PC. That way, players will be able to have fun against others from around the world, no matter the gaming platform they play on.

Konami did not announce a specific date.

Super Bomberman R Online (スーパーボンバーマン Ｒオンライン) is a battle royale spin-off of the 2017 title Super Bomberman R for Nintendo Switch (and released in other platforms in June 2018). Super Bomberman R became the first Bomberman title after Hudson Soft ceased to exist as a separate entity on March 1, 2012, and merged with Konami Digital Entertainment.
