Today, Nvidia officially announced the arrival of the USD$329 GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card on February 25th.
For Nvidia, it will be the release of the most-affordable 3000-series graphics cards since the release of 3070, 3080 and 3090 cards.
For PC gamers who skipped the 2000-series RTX graphic cards and kept the GTX 1060 cards, the upcoming 3060 card can bring enormous graphical improvements to games such as Shadow of the Tomb Raider, Watch Dogs: Legion, Fortnite, Cyberpunk 2077 and others.
According to Nvidia, the 3060 is “twice the raster performance and 10x the ray tracing performance of the GeForce GTX 1060 – a massive increase.”
The Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060 graphics card comes with a 192-bit bus and 12GB of GDDR6 memory, along with Resizable Bar, Nvidia DLSS, Nvidia Reflex and other features. It will be on sale via retailers starting at 12 pm ET / 9am PT on February 25.
