According to Deadline, the Uncharted film starring Tom Holland has been postponed once again.
The action/adventure film based on the Sony PlayStation franchise will now make its debut on February 11, 2022. It was going to be released on July 16, 2021.
The film stars Tom Holland as Nathan Drake and Mark Walhberg as mentor Victor Sullivan. The supporting cast includes Antonio Banderas, Tati Gabrielle and Sophia Taylor Ali.
The Uncharted film was first announced in 2008 by film producer Avi Arad. It had experienced many delays since.
Uncharted wasn’t the only Sony film postponed. Ghostbusters: Afterlife will now be released on November 11, instead of June 11.
