Square Enix announced earlier today that a new update to the original Nier Replicant, known as Nier Replicant ver.1.22474487139…, is coming to PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC via Steam.

The teaser appeared online today as the game celebrates its 10th anniversary. According to Square Enix, “the cult classic third-person action-RPG NieR Replicant, is to be rebuilt for PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC (STEAM) as NieR Replicant ver.1.22474487139… ”
NieR Replicant is an alternate version of the Japan-only NieR, and features a younger main character. In this game, a boy is looking for a cure for his younger sister’s illness.
As a spinoff of Drakengard series of games, Nier Replicant got its own sequel titled Nier: Automata on PS4, Xbox One and Windows PC, released in 2017.
Besides the new update, a new free-to-play mobile title called NieR Re[in]carnation is also in development.
