While fans were disappointed of the lack of Smash Ultimate news during The Game Awards 2019, an update on the Nintendo eShop (and other regional pages) show that the fifth character from the Fighter Pass DLC is estimated to be announced by February 29, 2019.
Besides the revelation of an estimated release date, there is a mention of 1 new fighter, 1 new stage, and “several new music tracks,” in the current Japanese and Australian versions of the 5th DLC character.
Fans now want to know when will the upcoming Nintendo Direct Smash Edition will be to know who is the next character coming to Smash Ultimate.
