Capcom announced earlier today the digital release of Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition to Nintendo Switch on February 20, 2020.
DMC3 SE is a prequel which introduces a younger version of Dante years before the events of the first DMC.
Besides the fact Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition will cost $19.99 on Switch, the Devil May Cry HD Collection (the first three titles of the series) is available on other platforms for just $30. The first two titles for Switch also cost $19.99 each. Fans may ask why these the first trio of titles costs twice as much on Switch when compared to the DMC HD version on Steam, Xbox and PlayStation stores.
The DMC3 SE will also let gamers use Vergil as a playable character and play on the 9,999 floors of the “Bloody Palace” survival mode.
