See Pikachu’s origins in the first trailer of upcoming Pokémon season

In the first trailer of the upcoming season of Pokémon, fans can take a look at the origins of Pikachu before meting Professor Oak and Ash.

Though there isn’t much to see, the short scenes of Pikachu as Pichu before evolving into how we know it today is something fans have not seen before in the series.

Also new in the series is the presence of Gou, the newest protagonist in the anime series.

The upcoming season of the Pokémon anime and the release of Pokémon Sword and Shield will make their debut on November 15, 2019.
