As more gamers, including myself, are getting into the world of live-streaming, Twitch is making the process of it much easier as Twitch launches its Twitch Studio streaming software.
Players familiar with game streaming already know about OBS, the free and open-source software that lets players record and stream their gaming skills into various services such as Mixer, Facebook, YouTube and Twitch. It is a must-have software even when using other software like Streamlabs OBS.
However, it hasn’t been simple for gamers to do broadcasting easily. That’s why Twitch is trying to simplify everything a gamer needs, of course when sharing gameplay into its service.
For now, Twitch has released a beta version “with limited features” of the “all-in-one streaming app” for gamers to try; no OBS software required.
Currently, gamers can only sign up for the beta. Selected players will get an email confirmation with a link to download the installer.
