Smash Ultimate game director Masahiro Sakurai announced the arrival of Hero from Dragon Quest to Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, one of the additions players will see in the version 4.0 update starting today.
The Hero, or actually a group of four heroes from Dragon Quest III, IV, VIII and XI S, is coming to Smash Ultimate with different skins, new songs (2 from each mentioned game), and a stage called Yggdrasil’s Altar.
Perhaps what may make some fans disappointed is a time limit for the Final Smash meter of all the characters.
Also, fans can try the “very easy” difficulty level for the single-player Adventure mode, an in-game online tourney mode, as well as “the ability to predict the winner in Spectator mode,” for when fans just want to watch other players’ talent online and can bet who is going to come up victorious.
If you’ve purchase the Fighters Pack, you just need to update the game to version 4.0. While downloading, watch the first Smash Ultimate live-stream by Mr. Sakurai.
