The subscription service that lets gamers download titles from a library of games into their Xbox One consoles is finally coming to their Windows 10 PCs. Earlier today at the US/UK Microsoft Store sites, information appeared about the Xbox Game Pass for PC app.
Two years after the launch on Xbox One, gamers will now have “unlimited access to a library of high-quality PC games” on Windows 10.
Interested users can sign up for $1/£1 the first month, followed by a monthly payment of $4.99 (US) / $4.95 (Australia) / £3.99 (UK).
The service on Windows 10 will offer the same benefits as seen on Xbox One: addition of new games and exclusive discounts on titles and downloadable content.
Among the first games available:
- Halo: The Master Chief Collection (coming soon)
- Gears 5 (coming soon)
- Ori and the Will of the Wisps (coming soon)
- Forza Horizon 4
- Hello Neighbor
- Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice
- Sea of Thieves
- State of Decay 2
- We Happy Few
- Ark Survival Evolved

Along with the reveal of Xbox Game Pass for PC, Microsoft made available the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, a bundle of Xbox Live Gold and Xbox Games Pass for Xbox One and Windows 10 PCs, also with an introductory one-month offer of $1/£1 followed by a monthly payment of $14.99 (US) / £10.99 (UK). As of today, the Xbox Game Pass for PC is not available in South Korea and Turkey. Current users of Xbox Live Gold are not obligated to upgrade to this bundle package to keep playing online.
