Earlier today while at Star Wars Celebration in Orlando, FL, the first Star Wars: The Last Jedi trailer was shown and shared online for millions of fans to watch. Fans can finally mark December 15 on their calendar to watch the next chapter in the sci-fi franchise.
This 2-minute trailer, in which we get to see a bit Rey, Finn, Luke and Kylo Ken, will keep fans busy for a while.
Unfortunately, contrary to what Todd Fisher said weeks ago about her sister Carrie appearing as Leia Organa in Episode IX, Lucasfilm President Kathleen Kennedy told ABC’s Good Morning America that Carrie Fisher will not make an official appearance on the still unnamed episode. “Sadly, Carrie will not be in nine, but we will see a lot of Carrie in eight.” Here’s a video of the interview.
