For gamers who are thinking about getting the digital version, the upcoming The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will require 13.4 GB of storage on the Nintendo Switch, occupying about 42% of the console’s 32 GB of flash memory. For gamers who decide to download the game on the Wii U, it’ll be 13 GB.
Users who opt for downloading the game do have the choice to use a microSDHC or a microSDXC card, that can go up to 2 TB. Still unknown is if Switch can let users attach an external USB hard drive to store additional games.
Whatever way a user decides to store many games the digital way, it’s going to cost more money.
The Zelda Products page also mentions the prices of different editions and amiibos.
