According to The NPD Group, Nintendo has sold 196k units of the NES Classic Edition in the month of November 2016 in the US, a great feat for a device that lets people play classic 8-bit Nintendo games.
The small version of the original NES game system, which comes with 30 installed games, has been a success for Nintendo, even though it hasn’t been able to meet demand as it sells out quickly at retail stores and online.
Though Nintendo announced many more units of the device are expected to arrive to stores this month, the demand for this product may not be enough to satisfy all people that wants it.
