Shawn Levy is the new Uncharted film director

According to Deadline, Shawn Levy is the newest director for the Uncharted film in charge of Sony Pictures. With Levy as the newest director, Joe Carnahan will no longer participate in the making of Uncharted. He previously got to write the most recent script draft, but decided to put his efforts on Sony’s Bad Boys for Life.

The Uncharted franchise, featuring treasure hunter Nathan Drake, is being made by Arad/Atlas Entertainment Production.
Levy has been and is still working as director for the Netflix series Stranger Things.
