William Shatner will bring his voice to space simulation game Elite: Dangerous

Fans of Star Trek will for sure love to hear Captain Kirk talking about space sometime next month because William Shatner will bring his voice to space simulation game Elite: Dangerous.

According to the trailer, players of Elite: Dangerous will get to hear over 100 commands and over 1000 responses of the sci-fi star in the upcoming Orion voice pack for the game. His voice will replace the one in use by the default computer.

Fans interested in purchasing the voice pack with Shatner can now pre-order it. Pre-ordering the game gets people into a drawing for signed photos of the actor himself during the making of the Orion voice pack, a signed copy of his book “Leonard”, and pieces of artwork from the production team. The pack will be available starting April 8th.
