One of the movies that redefined the sci-fi film genre in 1996 is coming back next year, but without Will Smith. Today, 20th Century Fox released the first official trailer of Independence Day: Resurgence. The film, scheduled for release on June 24, 2016, will see the return of many actors and actresses from the original cast, including Vivica A. Fox, Jeff Goldblum, Bill Pullman, and many others.
