Verizon has noticed more people are watching content in Spanish, with an audience increase from 10% to 24% between May 2014 to May 2015. “Since many of our Hispanic customers are already watching their favorite programs on their mobile devices and tablets, we wanted to offer even more options with these 12 new networks in Spanish with our FiOS Mobile app,” said Michelle Webb, Executive Director, Content Strategy & Acquisition at Verizon FiOS. “It’s about offering the types of programs our customers want to see, the way they want to see them.”
For people who are enjoying their vacations and don’t want to miss their favorite shows, the Verizon FIOS Mobile app sounds like a great way to watch them live while being away from home. For more info about the app, check out the Mobile Apps page in English or Spanish.
The Verizon FIOS Mobile app is available on iPad, iPhone, and select Android devices (including Kindle).
