Atlus announces The Legend of Legacy

Earlier today, Atlus announced The Legend of Legacy, the spiritual successor of the SaGa game series. The RPG title developed by game company FuRyu has the support of well-known developers including: llustrator Tomomi Kobayashi (SaGa series), composer Masashi Hamauzu (SaGa, Final Fantasy XIII), writer Masato Kato (Chrono Trigger), game designer Kyoji Koizumi (SaGa series), and Masataka Matsuura (999: 9 Hours, 9 Persons, 9 Doors) . In Legacy, seven explorers (Liber, Meurs, Owen, Bianca, Garnet, Eloise, Filmia) travel to the mysterious island of Avalon with their own personal agendas.

Gameplay enhancements are expected for the North American release of the game due to the difficulty and slow pace of combat.
