Nintendo announced today a special Splatoon Nintendo Direct broadcast for May 7, starting at 10 am Eastern / 7 am Pacific. As the game approaches its May 29 US release date, Nintendo will reveal more information and share the fun in May.
Besides the Direct stream, the company will celebrate the arrival of the family-friendly third-person shooter game ahead of time on May 15 with its Splatoon Mess Fest event at the Santa Monica Pier in Santa Monica, California, where celebrities are scheduled to appear such as Joey Bragg. A new Wii U bundle will also arrive at Best Buy stores on launch day.
