Harmonix announces Rock Band 4 for PS4 and Xbox One

It’s been years since we’ve seen music titles take the stage in the world of gaming. From Dance Dance Revolution to Guitar Hero and beyond, many players, casual or hardcore, have been missing the excitement seen in this genre. There is at least one such videogame making a comeback to newer consoles this year. Doesn’t this sound exciting?

Harmonix announced the arrival of Rock Band 4 later this year to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Players who love this franchise should be jumping with excitement (just the way I felt when Super Smash Bros. for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS were announced, I guess). It’s still too early for an exact release date, but it’s not too early to grab your old guitar or mic and get to practice for when Rock Band 4 comes out.
