With the upcoming release of Mario Party 10, people will be expecting more amiibo to collect. So perhaps it was early for Nintendo to mention two unannounced amiibo editions of Mario on its web site.
Earlier today, a NeoGAF user discovered a page that revealed the presence of two Mario amiibo editions. However, the information seen on the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) page that displayed info about the two amiibo, one in gold and one in silver, was removed from the web site, including links to detailed PDF documents about each of them.
The announced Super Mario amiibo figures -which include Bowser, Luigi, Mario, Peach, Toad, Yoshi- will be on sale on March 20. Unfortunately, people who have not pre-order will have to wait longer on Amazon because these six Super Mario amiibo characters are currently unavailable.
About the Mario gold and silver amiibo editions, we can only hope Nintendo makes an official announcement about them soon.
