Xbox Live services affecting features on Xbox One and Xbox 360

If you’ve been playing games with your Xbox 360 or Xbox One consoles tonight, you may have noticed some errors as soon as you’ve logged in, but don’t worry, Microsoft is working on it. In the last few hours, some of the Xbox Live services have not been working properly.

According to the Xbox Live Status, the following services have been affected:

• Accessing or retrieving data stored using cloud storage
• Joining other Xbox Live members in online games
• Managing friends lists and tracking what friends are doing
• Sending text messages to other Xbox Live members
• Unlocking achievements
• Viewing achievements
• Browsing the Xbox Video Store and the Xbox Music Store

All other services are working fine. Hopefully, the affected services will be restored soon. Keep checking the Xbox Live Services page and follow @XboxSupport for the latest info.
