Fans of the franchise must be marking their calendar right now. This morning, Nintendo announced the release date of perhaps the most-awaited game for the Wii U this year. Super Smash Bros for the Wii. U will make its debut on November 21st. Along with the game’s worldwide launch, Nintendo will officially make the release of the first amiibo figures that will work with the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS family of devices, with more coming in December.
Fans of Nintendo who may have never played the previous Super Smash Bros games may choose to get the title for $59.99, while long-time fans of Mario and friends may prefer the $100 bundle which includes the game, a GameCube controller adapter for the Wii U, and a Smash version of the GameCube controller.
