iPad version of Pokémon Trading Card Game Online coming later this year

Pokémon fans who not just play the series of titles in Nintendo portable devices but also enjoy the online card game on the PC and Mac will be happy to know the Pokémon Trading Card Game Online (TCGO) will be coming later this year to the iPad.

In a tweet posted yesterday just before this weekend’s Pokémon World Championship in the nation’s capital, video personality Josh Wittenkeller shared a picture of the Pokémon TCGO being played on an iPad.

Though this does not mean a true “gotta catch’em all” adventure game the likes of the titles we have seen since the days of the Game Boy will be arriving to the iPad, at least fans will have a device to play Pokémon TCGO the mobile way.
