It’s a great opportunity to get to meet one of the most recognized game creators around this summer. For gamers who are fortunate to attend this year’s Anime Expo in Los Angeles, CA, and have been playing Megaman (with the character’s presence coming to the next Super Smash Bros. title for the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS), they’ll be extremely happy to see Keiji Inafune, the co-creator of Capcom’s Megaman, as a Guest of Honor. At Anime Expo, Inafune will be in a Q&A panel and autograph sessions.
Though he longer works for Capcom after 23 years at the Japanese game developer company, Keiji Inafune continues working in the field of game design and development with his company Comcept, Inc. developing Azure Striker Gunvolt (with Inti Creates), a side-scrolling action game (to be released this summer in Japan and North America for the Nintendo 2DS & 3DS), and, of course, Mighty No. 9, the spiritual successor of Megaman (to be released in April 2015).
He is the producer of the Dead Rising (1 & 2) and Onimusha titles, and has also worked on many other titles in different positions.
