Dragon Ball Z Kai is coming back to the TV network that popularized not just the original anime, but also the Japanese animation industry in the US. During a panel at Momocon, representatives from Cartoon Network’s Adult Swim announced the airing of the abbreviated version of Dragon Ball Z coming in the Fall.
DBZ Kai will not just feature updated HD animation quality, it will also follow the manga version more closely than the original DBZ anime.
This is indeed great news for DBZ fans to relive the greatest days of anime so far, though it is still unknown if the DBZ Kai will begin from the start or from another saga.
Just announced at the #Toonami panel at @momocon — Dragon Ball Z Kai will join the Toonami block this fall! #DBZKai
