Namco Bandai: Introducing the formation of the Akatsuki in “Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution”

Namco Bandai will be introducing the formation of the Akatsuki in the original animation to be included exclusively in the upcoming game Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution.

According to Namco Bandai, “the all-new animation details Pain and Konan’s recruitment of rogue Ninja from each of the hidden villages to join the most nefarious and deadly adversary throughout the Ninja world: The Akatsuki.”

During the Third Shinobi World War, the Akatsuki was founded by Yahiko with the purpose of bringing peace to their home land. However, after the death of Yahiko and the end of the war, the group became a criminal organization.
