Square Enix: “FFXIV: A Realm Reborn – Collector’s Edition” – PS4 Version Revealed

Square Enix recently announced the release date of Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn (PS4) as well as the content of the Collector’s Edition. For people who truly love the franchise, this should be the edition to get.

So, what’s coming with the Standard and Collector’s Editions? On January 27, the pre-orders for either edition will come with two items (Mog Cap & Cait Sith Doll minion), as well as being able to get Early Access on April 11.

Players who have registered a copy of FFXIV Collector’s Edition or the upcoming FFXIV: A Realm Reborn Collector’s Edition already will also receive two new in-game items (Fat Chocobo Mount & Wind-up Moogle minion).

PS4 owners will be able to play the Beta version free starting on February 22.

If you already own the PS3 version, players will be able to transfer their PS3 account to the PS4 version for free. The only drawback: gamers won’t be able to access their account on the PS3 after the transfer.
