[EN]: Capcom knows how to surprise its PC fans who happen to love Resident Evil. Earlier today, Capcom announced the upcoming release of the ultimate HD edition of Resident Evil 4 for Windows PCs. The HD version will be available around the globe the digital way via Steam and also as a retail version in Europe.
The original title made its debut on the Nintendo Gamecube way back in 2005, and later released in other consoles.
So, why is this the ultimate HD version? Because it will come on Febraury 28th with:
- Over 60 tracks and a digital artbook for the ones who purchase the title early.
- Graphically-enhanced and for widescreen view with better look for text and upgrade on characters, backgrounds and in-game objects.
- Steam platform support: Steam Achievements, Steam Cloud, Steam Trading Cards, global leaderboards, and full game controller support.
- Previously released bonus content, including the Separate Ways epilogue
- Subtitles in English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Japanese.
- Modernized control scheme, rear third-person view, & gameplay mechanics.
