[EN]: Microsoft announced via its Xbox Wire that the launch of the Xbox One will not make it to all the 21 markets it had promised earlier during E3 2013.
Though people in many of the announced countries will be happy to be among the first to experience Microsoft’s new console, the ones in Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Russia, Sweden, and Switzerland, will have to wait sometime in 2014.
The causes of the delay, according to the post, are “to localize the Xbox One dash, incorporate additional voice and languages, and build partnerships to bring apps and meaningful local content to each country.”
As an apology, the company will offer a pack-in game to those who have already pre-order the console in each of the mentioned countries.
