SLEEPING DOGS STARS TO SHINE AT NEW YORK ASIAN FILM FESTIVAL
Stars Edison Chen and Will Yun Lee Join United Front Games In Special Screening Of Infernal Affairs 1 and 2
LOS ANGELES – (July 5th, 2012) – Square Enix, Inc. today detailed Sleeping Dogs’™ involvement with the New York Asian Film Festival, currently taking place in New York June 29 to July 15. Developer United Front Games (UFG) will host a panel with actors Edison Chen and Will Yun Lee ahead of a special tenth anniversary screening of Infernal Affairs 1 & 2 at the Walter Reade Theater.
Chen and Lee play key roles in the upcoming Hong Kong undercover cop drama Sleeping Dogs– Chen as triad gang member, Jackie Ma, and Lee as the protagonist – undercover cop, Wei Shen. Chen’s resume includes roles in The Dark Knight as well as starring in the Infernal Affairs films which helped influence Sleeping Dogs. Veteran Lee’s credits include Hawaii Five-O, Red Dawn and the upcoming Total Recall.
Both Chen and Lee, along with Sleeping Dogs creator United Front Games, will share with the audience insights from the converging worlds of film and game production ahead of screening Infernal Affairs I & 2.
