‘Age of Conan: Rise of the Godslayer’ live broadcast demonstration on Xfire
– Funcom developers to present Age of Conan expansion live on Xfire this week –
Durham, USA – April 27th, 2010 – Funcom and Xfire are proud to announce a unique live gameplay demonstration of ‘Rise of the Godslayer‘ – the upcoming expansion for the massively multiplayer online role-playing game ‘Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures‘. The demo is set to air live on Thursday April 29th at 12:00pm PDT / 3:00pm EDT / 9:00PM CET. The live demo will be streamed directly onto the Xfire.com website and will include never-before-seen content and gameplay played and presented by the developers and designers themselves.

The live session will be streamed live to Xfire.com where it will be freely available for everyone to access. During the live session, the developers will talk about the expansion in general as well as describing what is happening on-screen as the developers fight their way through the world. There will also be a live question and answer session immediately following the content broadcast.

‘Rise of the Godslayer’ is the first expansion to ‘Age of Conan’ and will launch on May 11th, 2010. The expansion introduces the player to the lands of Khitai with several new world regions filled with new dungeons, quests and rewards. ‘Rise of the Godslayer‘ will also introduce new gameplay such as alternate advancement, factions and even new mounts that plays an integral part of the storyline.
