Activision: “Call of Duty: Black Ops II” – Uprising DLC [PC/PS3]

[EN]: It’s almost the weekend, but not too early to start downloading the Black Ops II Uprising DLC pack for the PC and PS3. This pack has already been distributed for the Xbox 360, but PC and PS3 gamers no longer have to wait to start playing Mob of the Dead and other multiplayer maps (Magma, Encore, Vertigo, and Studio).

Activision also released a behind-the-scenes video of The Replacers trailer with actors J.B. Smoove and Peter Stormore. Watch it!

[ES]: Es casi el fin de semana , pero no es demasiado pronto para empezar a descargar el paquete de contenido descargable Uprising de Black Ops II para PC y PS3. Este paquete ya se ha distribuido para el Xbox 360, PC y PS3, pero los jugadores ya no tendrán que esperar para empezar a jugar Mob of the Dead y otros mapas multijugadores (Magma , Encore , Vertigo , y Studio).

Activision / Infinity Ward: “Call of Duty: Ghosts”

[EN]: Activision announced early today the next title in the Call of Duty franchise. It is called Call of Duty: Ghosts, and is being developed by Infinity Ward. Along with the announcement, Activision also released the first trailer of the game called Masked Warriors.

The company also took this opportunity to mention the presence of an exclusive first look of the game during Microsoft’s upcoming presentation on May 21 at 10am PDT called Xbox: the Next Generation Revealed. For now, starting today, you can go to your favorite gaming store to pre-order the title.

The game will be available for PCs, the PS3, and the Xbox 360 on November 5.

[ES]: Activision ha anunciado hoy temprano el próximo título de la saga de Call of Duty. Se llama Call of Duty : Ghosts, y está siendo desarrollado por Infinity Ward. Junto con el anuncio, Activision también lanzó el primer avance del juego que se llama Guerra Enmascarada.

La compañía también aprovechó la oportunidad de hablar de la presencia de un primer vistazo exclusivo del juego durante la próxima presentación de Microsoft el 21 de mayo a las 10am PDT llamada Xbox: la próxima generación revelada. Por ahora, a partir de hoy, puedes ir a tu tienda de videojuegos favorita para pedir por adelantado el título.

El juego estará disponible el 5 de noviembre para la PC, el PS3 y el Xbox 360.

[EN]: If you think you are one of the best players of Call of Duty games, you might want to prove your skills in this upcoming $1-million tournament made possible by Activision, Microsoft, Major League Gaming and the Electronic Sports League. By registering for a free Call of Duty Elite account, you can compete via Xbox Live on the Black Ops II League Play (February season). The best eight 4-player teams from the February season will meet in Hollywood for the Call of Duty Championship, along with the best players from the MLG Winter Championship (to take place in Dallas, TX), the Electronic Sports League – Europea, Finals (to take place in Germany), Australia, Brazil and Asia.

The 32-team tournament will be live-streamed during the three-day event from April 5-7. If interested, go to http://elite.callofduty.com/esports for more info.

The concept of using real toys to bring them to life in a virtual environment has brought more success to Activision with only this second game in the franchise.

[EN]: The store ad that was shown late last month is real. The Revolution DLC map pack is coming “First to Xbox Live” as was stated previously on January 29th. No date yet for the PS3 version yet.  If you haven’t seen it yet, watch it now.

If you haven’t seen yet how popular the game is in other parts of the world, you should definitely watch this video. It starts with the game trailer, but then it switches to scenes of the game release in Paris and other cities. I’ll be spending some time playing this game. Will you?

[EN]: This new Call of Duty: Black Ops II Elite TV trailer, released yesterday by Activision, includes gameplay video, a behind the scenes footage introduction by Mark Lamia, and the announcement that the first multiplayer guides for Black Ops II Elite TV will be available on launch day, next Tuesday, November 13. This year Elite TV will also be available on additional platforms including mobile phones and tablets.

[ES]: Este nuevo avance televisivo conocido como Elite de Call of Duty : Black Ops II, dado a conocer ayer por Activision, incluye vídeo del juego en sí, un vídeo preámbulo detrás de la de cámaras por Mark Lamia, y el anuncio de que las primeras guías multijugador para Black Ops II Elite TV estarán disponibles el día de lanzamiento, el próximo martes 13 de noviembre. (Nasdaq: ATVI), today announced that Call of Duty: Black Ops II’s new live streaming feature, available when the game launches on November 13th, will let players live stream gameplay on YouTube directly from the Xbox 360® and PlayStation®3 game consoles. The first of its kind innovation coming from Activision and the game’s developer, award-winning studio Treyarch, will allow players to live stream Call of Duty: Black Ops II multiplayer League Play games, as well as the player’s webcam and audio commentary while playing.

Call of Duty Elite takes the live streaming experience even further, letting viewers on Elite see the player card of the user that is streaming.  With just a couple clicks, viewers can dig deeper to see such information as class loadouts, recent match data, as well as career stats across supported Call of Duty® games on Elite.
