Atlus: “Catherine” – ‘Nightmares’ Trailer & Demo Release Date

Along with the release of a new trailer earlier today, Atlus announced the release of a downloadable Catherine demo on July 12th for the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360.

With the game just a few weeks before its July 24th release, it’ll be a great opportunity for gamers to test the game and get to know some more about Vincent y Catherine. Who is your favorite female character: Katherine or Catherine?

Adiós, Games for Windows Marketplace?!

There are no explanations yet for the merging of Microsoft’s Games for Windows service with Xbox.com, but for many hardcore gamers, the cause of this may be due to Steam’s success, the lack of gamers who signed up for the GfW service, or simply that most gamers prefer Microsoft’s console instead of the PC.

On its Games for Windows web site that eventually links to one Xbox.com forum page, Microsoft informed a few hours ago about an upcoming, complete transition of the Games for Windows Marketplace to Xbox.com with the following message:

“Games for Windows Marketplace will fully transition over to Xbox.com. Now you can get all of your gaming needs in one place. It’s convenient, it’s concentrated, and it’s a whole lot of great games.”
